In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 76(9) of the Electric Power Sector Reform Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby gives notice of the proposed change to the electricity Multi-Year Tariff Order.
