Consumer Affairs

Consumer Affairs Division has the responsibility of developing consumer regulations and ensuring that operators meet the minimum standards of services provided in those regulations.

They also embark on consumer enlightenment and have a mandate of ensuring the speedy resolution of consumer disputes.

This Division has three Units:

CONSUMER ENLIGHTENMENT AND EDUCATION UNIT

CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS UNIT
